At PARASAR, we take care to ensure that every order reaches you safely and in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged or Leaking Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
-Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
ncorrect Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product received and your order details. We will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If a cancellation is accepted, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery may not be accepted.
Any return request must be approved by PARASAR before the product is sent back. Do not ship an item back without receiving return instructions from us.
Products approved for return must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once an approved return or issue has been reviewed, we will inform you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
